Terms and Conditions for the Sale of Online Courses

Hey, future students of the digital world! If you're ready to embark on an educational online journey, it's essential to know the terms and conditions that will accompany you along the way. Here we present everything you need to know about our policies in the United States and Canada.

1. Payment Methods and Refunds

Payment Methods: We accept payments via international transfer, PayPal, debit and credit cards, and cryptocurrencies.

Refund Policy: We offer a money-back policy valid for 14 days from the date of enrollment, in accordance with the Canada Consumer Protection Act (2002, Ontario) and the Canada Electronic Commerce Protection Act, as well as consumer protection policies in the United States (Federal Trade Commission Act). Refunds will be processed through the same payment method used for the purchase.

PayPal Consumer Protection: PayPal offers a 180-day consumer protection insurance independently.

2. Right of Withdrawal

Withdrawal Period: Students have the right to withdraw from their enrollment within 14 calendar days from the date of enrollment, according to the Canada Consumer Protection Act (2002, Ontario) and the Canada Electronic Commerce Protection Act, as well as the Federal Trade Commission Act in the United States.

Withdrawal Process: Withdrawal requests must be sent in writing to our student support email contact@nextcrew.institute. In case of withdrawal within the established period, the total amount paid will be refunded.

3. Quality Guarantee

Guarantee: We guarantee the quality of our courses and training materials, in accordance with the United States Higher Education Act (1965) and the Canada Private Career Colleges Act (2005, Ontario).

Dissatisfaction: In case of dissatisfaction, students can request a review of their case within the 14-day withdrawal period.

4. Degree Recognition

No Guarantee of Recognition: We do not offer or guarantee the recognition of our degrees by any ministry of education, according to the United States Higher Education Act and the Canada Private Career Colleges Act.

Hague Apostille: Our proprietary degrees are recognized with the Hague Apostille, in accordance with the Hague Convention of 1961.

5. Modality and Student Support

Modality: We do not have a physical campus; we only have offices for fiscal matters in the United States and Canada, without student support.

Student Support: Student support is provided via email and our distance learning platform, in accordance with the Canada Electronic Commerce Protection Act and the United States Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN Act). Response time for inquiries ranges from 3 to 15 business days.

6. Available Languages

Official Language: The official language of the courses is English, but we offer a Spanish option for those students who prefer it.

7. Admission Process

Admission Application: Students must complete and sign an admission application detailing the study contract, in accordance with the United States Higher Education Act (1965) and the Canada Private Career Colleges Act.

Admission Exams: There are faculty-specific admission exams conducted through our IT platform, in accordance with the Canada Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and the United States Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA).

Student Selection: The student selection process is rigorous and includes an interview and document review.

8. Limitation of Liability

Refunds: Refunds are only available within 14 days of enrollment, in accordance with the Canada Consumer Protection Act and the United States Federal Trade Commission Act.

Degree Recognition: We do not guarantee the recognition of our proprietary degrees, in accordance with the United States Higher Education Act and the Canada Private Career Colleges Act.

9. International Protection Laws

Alignment with International Laws: These terms and conditions align with international laws protecting money-back guarantees in international commerce, such as the Canada Consumer Protection Act (2002, Ontario) and the United States Federal Trade Commission Act.

Right of Withdrawal: The right of withdrawal is based on international regulations that establish a 14-day cancellation period for services.

10. Data Protection

Compliance with Laws: We comply with the Canada Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and the United States Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) to ensure the security and privacy of our students' data.

11. Liability Exceptions

Limitation of Liability: The institution's liability is limited to refund policies and the quality of educational content, according to applicable consumer protection laws in the United States and Canada. Any other claims will be resolved in accordance with applicable laws in the United States and Canada, including but not limited to the Canada Consumer Protection Act (2002, Ontario) and the United States Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act.
